1. Who uses cookies on this site
This website is owned by ZERO1 MEDIA SL (ESB70826946), with registered address at C/ Valencia 74, 4-4, 08015 Barcelona, España. For any query about cookies you can write to hola@bycreators.es.
This policy complements our Privacy Policy, and is governed by article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, the GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance on the use of cookies.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. It makes it possible to remember information about your visit: the language, whether you are signed in, which pages you have seen or whether you arrived from an ad. Other equivalent technologies fall under the same legal regime, such as tracking pixels, browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) and device fingerprinting.
Types by who manages them
- First-party: set by this website.
- Third-party: set by another provider, such as Google, Meta or TikTok.
Types by how long they last
- Session: deleted when you close the browser.
- Persistent: they remain for the period indicated in the tables on this page.
3. Technical cookies (necessary)
These are essential for the site to work and to provide the service you have requested. They do not require your consent and cannot be switched off from the cookie notice, although they can be from your browser (in which case some parts of the site may stop working).

These platforms may act as independent or joint controllers in respect of the data they collect through their pixels. We recommend consulting their own privacy policies and the ad settings options each one offers.
6. Embedded content cookies
When a page includes a YouTube video or an Instagram or TikTok post, the provider may set its own cookies when that content loads. This content only loads if you have accepted cookies; if you reject them, you will see a notice instead of the embedded content.
7. How to accept, reject or change your decision
The first time you enter the site you will see a notice that lets you accept all cookies or reject them all. No non-technical cookie is set before you decide. You can change your choice whenever you like from the cookie settings link in the footer, or by deleting cookies from your browser.
While any of the tools described in sections 4 and 5 is not active on the site, its cookies are simply not set: they appear here because they are part of the planned tool set and this policy is kept up to date in advance.
Settings in your browser
Rejecting analytics and advertising cookies does not affect how the site works or limit access to any content.
8. Processing of the data collected through cookies
The data obtained through non-technical cookies is processed on the legal basis of your consent and may involve international transfers to the United States relying on Standard Contractual Clauses or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can find the details of recipients, retention periods and rights in the Privacy Policy.
9. Updates
We review this policy every time we add or remove a measurement or advertising tool. We recommend checking it from time to time: the date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
